It can start next season. Goal of the month will be voted and you can vote on the homepage, currently there is another poll there which i wont like to discuss.

2. Player used (EG Ronaldo or Gary Neville)

Not trying to shoot down anothe ridea Dan,this actually IS a good idea,but......................

Presuming we're in a league match,you pause the game to upload,the game could resart before you finish.

I might be having a special moment here,but is there a quicker and easier way?

In FIFA 11 JayJay you can upload your goals from Xbox Live you don't have to pause it, you upload at the end of the game on a new highlights screen

in that case its an excellent idea!
