EG Benfica 4 and a half star team finish in top 3 Get Barcaloena who aint in top 6

This would happen at the end of each season.

It would pressure managers to perform and make it like real life :)

The mods come to the manager if he deserves a upgrade

I can understand why you might want a better team, but I don't think this is the right way to go about it at all. It would make it really hard for less experienced players and tip the balance of the league so that the same players will always win the league. Also, I don't think you need to put any more pressure on managers to perform - I go into games and try to win them (though I know it might not have seemed that way in our last game...) and I don't think the pressure of having to swap Gunners for Burnley next season will make the game more fun for either of us.

I am sure there will be rewards for the winning teams like there usually is, e.g. cash prizes that can be converted into better players through well-planned transfer activities, and of course the great honour of playing in the Addicts Champs League.

I know what I am talking about since I managed Everton before we drew new teams, back then I had to slowly accept how things work and eventually I found out how to navigate the transfer market so I could put together a decent team. Maybe that's a challenge for people who had stronger teams before we drew new teams? We're not even through the first season since we got new teams, and now you are complaining and want to change to fundamental structure of the league?

Besides the problems of determining who gets a new team - and seeing all the managers quit after they lose the teams they have tried hard to build up - how much fun will the league be if all the best players get handed an even greater advantage while the less experienced players are made weaker? And how much energy will you put into building a proper team if you can see that all that work will be for nothing by the end of the season?

A final remark: You are doing really well with the team you have now. I know that Haz has an amazing team and just beat you, but that team wasn't just handed down to him from above; he has been clever as h#ll in the transfer windows, that's why he has a dream team now instead of the Milan squad he started with.

its a good idea daniel but like peter said, and im in the same boat too, we both had small teams before, its nice to get big teams with quality players for a change for us, just because u become a small team and want to swap is pretty selfish considering mine, peters and other peoples positions. iv suggested this before, i wants looking into the to find a fairer way to do it, iv suggested boards requirements, if u dont meet them, youre out.

It's more fun to have the weaker teams tbh. And no, we wont change teams until Fifa 11.

Yes but i deserve a 5 star team cause im 2nd in div 1 and  teams like Inter Milan, Real Madrid and Manchester United are fighting relegation.

I still think that if a manager leaves / sacked, That members already on the site can apply for that job rather than say a new comer come to the site and get a good team. I think that if this was the case then maybe activity on the forums and chat / playing most games on time could be some reasons to why they should get it.

Just an opnion though, Everyone is intitled too :)

Btw im not saying that to stick up with Dan, Or to infact say that so i can change team. I prefer been a 'smaller' team after the last few seasons been chelsea and tbh, I'm enjoying it alot more. I feel proud of the fact im currently first in a divsion where there are many teams better than me. I've just felt existing members should be allowed to apply for vacant spots rather than a new comer come and get a good job.

This.

It's so unfair that you've played for ayear already, and someone who hasnt even played a single game gets such a good team. It's not fair.

If you are good enough, you dont need the best teams, let those who are not so good in Fifa have the better teams...

Why do you deserve a better team if you already play good with the team you got? There is no point in that except that you will get better players, more opportunities in the transfer market etc...

Galatasaray, Schalke, Celtic and Porto are weaker teams as an example, they need a better team more than you. Let them have a chance instead!

Just my opinion...

I'm against the idea of taking away the team from a manager if he ends at the bottom of the table, but if a manager resigns, its a different situation. In that case I think it would make sense for existing members to apply for the job instead of handing it to someone who might not take it seriously. There would still be an opening for 'fresh blood' in the league since the of the old manager who picks a new team leaves a position open.

Problem then is who will decide on who deserves a new team? Who reads the applications and decides, and on what grounds?

Gotta admit aboody you should look into the fact about using some of our existing managers to get to put in application for vacant spots BEFORE a new comer comes in. I don't agree with dans 'If your doing bad then be sacked' as thats just stupid.
