3 Games should be played per week as a fifa game is only 15mins so i am sure you can find 45mins to play a couple of fifa games in a whole week.

If you dont play 3 games that week then you will get a warning next to your name and you will get a default draw and if it happens again you will be sacked. If you make a thread on the match arrangements and your opponent does not reply you will get the win, also in the extreme cases of not being on xbox then the win will be decided by the activeness of the user on xbox and the Fifa Addicts Website

If you are going on holiday then let one of the Fifa Addicts mods know so there is no controversy and your case will be decided by us and we will see if you can keep your job.

Red Cards should also have 3 game bans and they will miss the next 3 games on your fixture list.

2 Yellows mean a 1 game suspension.

Also when a job becomes avaliable you must apply for it and write why you should become the next manager of the club.

You make it sound like your a mod lol, when someone goes on holiday im always notified anyway... for now its 2 games a week but will sort out a mid week tournament or the Champions league/Europa league soon

Got to say it is a good idea Dan tbh, Plus it gives people time to play it all week rather than over 2 days at weekends.. Also like the idea of people appyling for a job rather than putting your name down. I'm not the boss though

If its not broken it dont need fixing! I'm all for playing more games but,this would change the wholes site completely and make more work for the mods,we would be going through managers left right and centre.

Look at Div 2 we need warnings for people who or not being active!

the best way to find active managers is to go through loads. thats the only was ur gunna find um. like marty said, people need warning on xbl, if they dont message back within a couple of days sack um, its simple. deadlines for certain amounts of games should be put in place so like if u aint played 2 out of 4 games or summat you should get warned.

yes but div 2 is becoming a joke.

Haven't looked at div 2  be honest guys.

I asked Aboody about this a whil back,i would back it if it was feasible.

Yeah our division has been pretty bad. More then half of the division hasn't even played 10 games yet, while everyone in division 1 is keeping up pretty well with their matches.

Infact thinking it over, maybe some kind of warning system should be done.

Alright then, We will work on a fair warning system and let you guys know what we came up with
