ok so i was thinking if we introduce a system where you can swap teams only if both managers agree its like a transfer deal if both manager agree they could change teams no matter what division you are at, its just a thought what do you guys think?

Good idea,but cant see anyone taking it,

One option you could do is if someone quite or is sacked then their team is available,1st come 1st served.

Thats not fair on the guys on the waiting list plus then your team will have no manager

1st come 1st serve is not going to work people will drop there team to get another 1 and then there previous team will have no manager

Maybe something along the lines of switching teams, But no players if you get me, So i'd still have my team but say i'd be real madrdi ect

instead of swapping teams i say we do a fantasy draft. yes i know it would take a long time but if we started it by next week, we could be finished before the new season starts. the order would be something we would have to firgure out. everyone would get a certain amount fo time from the time you get a pm saying its yr pick. i say it would be worth a shot of at least trying that way everyone gets the team they want. idk just a thought cause it does get kinda repitive to use the same team over and over. what does everyone else think
