Can't we all choose a player from outside the league to our team? up to 70 rating, not more... Many people here like players in lower division, and are supporters for teams that aint popular at all, let's choose one player each, Aboody I think many here agrees. 

And one thing :

* It's not allowed to sell the player you have selected!

How would you allocate first picks etc, what would happen if two people wanted the same player ?

So those people who are working or away doing other things and not sitting at the computer would lose out

Most people are on her pretty regularly so i cant see it being an issue,besides,everyone has there own idea on who to go for!

Good suggestion, it will allow you to add a personal touch to the league without disrupting the balance between teams.

should be under 75

75 would be better imo,more variety to pick from
